An image I selected from my Unit 2 Graphic Illustration coursework. The aim of this was to produce a unique and different form of advertising shoes which consisted of combining illustration with photography to get a message across to viewers. I started with the photograph I took of a guy in Vans shoes with a skateboard and then printed it. I proceeded to sketch over the photograph with pencils and fine liners to have a general Idea of what I wanted the illustrations to be. I then scanned it in and went over the illustrations with a graphics tablet and made patterns in illustrator to complement the focal point.
